shn/flac is a torrent site, first get a bit torrent client.i use utorrent.after you download your prefer client go to portforward.com and have your ports forward so you and other user can connect to each other.go back to shn/flac and download the torrent and save it to a area in your computer like my music.depending on how many seeders are on the torrent will equal how fast the download takes plus your isp download speed.try to upload more than you download to keep a good share ratio, sometimes you can't but try.after the download is finish remove the show from your torrent client and convert your shn/flac files to wave or video for dvd format,i use traders little helper for shn/flac conversion to wave and nero software for video stuff.

i have the show i downloaded in a file,i then open traders little helper[both of these items are on my desktop]with traders little helper open i simply drag the folder to the open window and drop it,then hit decode files and it starts to decode to wave, after all the files are decoded i close t.l.h. and when you open your folder you'll see all the wave files along with the data files.move your wave files to your burning software and burn away.
